Return & Refund Policy – YouthLift™

No Returns Due to Safety Reasons

Due to the nature of our product and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any YouthLift™ products. Dietary supplements cannot be resold once they leave our facility.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, we are happy to help.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The product is unusable upon arrival

  • The seal is broken or the container is severely damaged


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Minor cosmetic packaging issues that do not affect product use


Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
