Shipping Policy – YouthLift™

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders.

  • Shipping fee: $12 (flat rate)

  • This rate applies to all orders, regardless of size or destination

  • Free shipping is not available at this time

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

  • Delays may occur during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier issues

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship orders using reliable third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Carrier issues outside of our control

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
